I feel like you guys have been so patient with me lately - with my sporadic, often irrelevant-to-illustration posts.
So, thank you.
As I've mentioned before, Jake and I are going through a bit of a transition period right now, as far as career stuff goes. Just trying to figure out the path that is right for us, since there really is no set way to go about having careers as artists. I thought Jake wrote a good post today, explaining more of where he's at with illustration right now.

Thanks so much for giving my lunch break a pleasant surprise everytime I open you're blog. Yes, open, like a book. You should write a book. I'm working on not being to vague, so I'm directly telling you, you need to write a book. Or maybe not, eh, it's all very vague! :) Much love to you and your hubby sista, or maybe just a little love, or maybe none at all, again it's vague.

And yep, ladaisi, that's us! That was actually an illustration that Jake did for our "save the date" cards, before we were married. :)
